We accept returns and replacements only for items that are received damaged. Our return policy lasts for 48 hours from the receipt of the package. Please note that personalized packages, perishable goods, and customized items, such as those with name and picture printing, cannot be returned.
To be eligible for a return, please ensure the following:
To initiate a return, kindly email us at contact@supergifting.com with the subject “Return” and provide details of your concern along with pictures if applicable. We will respond to your request within 48 working hours and, if applicable, initiate the return process within 3-4 working days.
Once your return is received, it will be examined. You will be notified of the approval or rejection of the refund. In some cases, partial refunds may be granted. If approved, the refund will be processed within 5 working days after deducting 20% logistics fees and 4% transaction fees, as applicable.
We do not have an exchange policy, as our focus is on providing unique gifting solutions. Items can only be replaced if they are defective. Please note that nearing the expiry date is not considered as damage or defect. We make every effort to ensure that products shipped have at least 60 days to expiry.
Once an order is placed, our team works diligently to dispatch it promptly. If the order has not been dispatched and does not involve customization, we will consider cancellation requests.
